“I see clients anything from one week to a couple of days before [a big event]. Depending on the skin, I use all sorts of technology, from microcurrent and radiofrequency to cool lifting and infrared rejuvenation light. Depending on the skin and what we need to target, I might introduce some microneedling too. I make hydration a focus and use my Oxygenation Mask to tackle dehydration.

“It’s not all about what you apply topically, amazing red-carpet skin is also about drinking plenty of water and trying to steer away from really heavy, sugary foods – our skin reflects our gut health. Try to stay clear of alcohol pre-event to help reduce inflammation, and if skin feels a bit puffy in the morning, a cryo ball kept in the freezer can really help. If you don’t have one of those, try cold teaspoons and do a little lymphatic drainage massage.”
